Reformer Full Body Flow

Full body flow is our signature reformer pilates class. Whether you are just beginning your pilates journey or you are a pilates pro, this flow is designed for you. Classes focus on improving strength, mobility and balance across your whole body.

Power Pilates - Reformer

Power Pilates - Reformer

Power pilates reformer is a full body workout with a focus on strength training and improving muscular endurance with some higher intensity moves thrown in to elevate your heart rate. Think heavier springs and heavier weights. It’s like a gym session but a lot more fun!

HIT Reformer Pilates

HIT Reformer Pilates

All levels
Beginner Friendly

HIT reformer is where you will find a mixture of high intensity training, intervals and the occasional jumpboard mixed in with your regular reformer favourites. This class will definitely get your heart rate up and is a great way to keep yourself challenged.

Relax & Recover

Stretch reformer is your invitation to slow down and find gentle, mindful movement. Our stretch classes are designed to promote flexibility and mobility, improve posture and reduce stress. An essential part of your weekly pilates schedule.

Contrology Reformer

Intermediate/advanced

Contrology is the original pilates repertoire created by Joseph Pilates, the very man who invented pilates. Contrology is a dynamic sequence of movements designed to build strength, control, balance and flexibility. This class is for those ready to take their pilates practice to another level. Be prepared to challenge yourself! Please note this is not a beginner friendly class.

Slow Flow classes are a more gentle version of our Reformer Full Body Flow. We focus on foundational movements at a slower, steadier pace. This class style is great for beginners, mature bodies, pregnancy & postpartum or anyone who enjoys a slower more gentle flow. These classes are child friendly and are a welcoming, supportive environment for mums and bubs.

Child Friendly

Classes listed as ‘child friendly’ welcome you to bring your children along. We know how challenging it can be to find time for your movement practice and we want to help support parents and care givers to do this in an inclusive and safe environment.

IMPORTANT - Children remain under parents/care givers supervision. Reformers are machines with moving parts. For your child’s safety, children cannot move around the studio during class. For young children: you are welcome to bring a bouncer or similar for baby to be in. For older children: they are welcome to be seated near you watching devices, however please be considerate of volume levels.

Grip Socks

Grip Socks are required for all classes - Available for purchase in the studio.

Spicy Classes

Power and HIT classes are a little more spicy! You might want to bring a towel that you can wipe down with. Pilates on the Bay towels are available for purchase in the studio.
