Growing a human is an incredible journey, and we are here to support you every step of the way. At Pilates on the Bay, we welcome prenatal and postpartum clients to our studio, and our primary goal is to ensure you feel safe, comfortable, and confident in your movement practice.

If your pregnancy is uncomplicated and your doctor has cleared you for exercise, you are welcome to join any of our open-level classes. We use evidence-based, up-to-date Australian Government guidelines to inform our practice. Our highly skilled instructors are trained in pre and post-natal Pilates and understand how to safely guide you through every trimester. We use specialised props, including pregnancy wedges, to ensure your comfort and support, and our team will always provide specific options and alternatives to accommodate your body's needs.

Your safety is our priority. Please be sure to (discreetly) inform your instructor that you are pregnant before each class begins. This allows us to provide the best possible care and support for you and your baby.
